It has now been over 6 months since we left our little town in Mexico.
Ben is back home and working long hours to get the house unpacked and laundry washed and cupboards stocked for our return. Oh yeah, and roasting coffee. Word is out that he is back in town and he can hardly keep up with the demand already! 18 pounds of coffee went out the doors today. It is a good problem, right? That’s what I keep telling myself. It’s a blessing. But how in the world are we going to keep up with it all when the season hasn’t even started yet?
I am “busy” making lists and plans and researching recipes. I am so thankful that my sis Lili is going to be with us this year; her presence is going to drastically change things for us! In a really amazing way. And my mum flies in the day after we arrive and for a few days she will be joining Lili in the tent on the roof. Abuela – or Bela, as Willow is calling her – is going to get as much grandbaby time as she can handle!
